In my 15 years of dieting, restricting and overexercising social situations were one of the most difficult settings to stay on track with whatever diet I was having at that time. 

The family dinner with the good looking food led to many binges.

Even after I finally recovered from binge eating social situations remain to be one of the most challenging situations if it comes to maintaing my diet.
